21 ways we promote your home

Our Sellers benefit from an innovative and assertive marketing program.  We simultaneously use several marketing activities to maximize the exposure of your property.  Our plan is designed to obtain the highest possible price in the most timely manner, with the least amount of inconvenience for you and your family.  We will work hard as a team to get your property sold!

1.  Internet advertizing - We place your property on 3 of the most recognized real estate web sites.  They include Realtor.com, Century21.com, and 21homesearch.com and many other smaller sites.

2.  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - There are over 10,000 Real Estate Agents on our local MLS system!  We co-broke and network with them to maximize your exposure to actively looking buyers.

3.  Direct E-mailing system - we have hundreds of people signed up on our automatic emailing system.   With this system we are able to enter their search criteria and then everytime a property gets listed or has a price reduction it is automatically emailed to them!

4.  Pictures! Pictures! Pictures! - ever see a million dollar property listed with only 1 Picture???  Happens all the time!  We believe your property deserves several pictures no matter what the list price is, even if it is vacant land!!!

5.  Newspaper Advertisements - Your property depending on its location will be in a scheduled assortment of newspapers each week.  Options include:  TriCounty Yellow Paper (North, South or the Indianhead section), TriCounty Gold pages, The Pioneer Press, The Stillwater Gazette, & the Forest Lake Peach.  Along with these papers, once a month your property will apear in the Welcom Home Magazine that is placed at the local Gas stations and grocery stores.  Most of these papers will also have a photo of your property too!

6.  Virtual Tours - We have a special fish eye camera we can bring to your home that will take a 360° image of 4 different areas in or outside your house.  This will be placed on the internet for people to view.  This gives your property a 24/7 open house!

7.  The Jones Team Website - our site is promoted to all of our customers because it is different than most sites.  You can get more pictures and more information as a consumer.  You can even set up your own search which is directly in sync with our MLS system.

8.  File Access - Your property's file will be placed in 5 of the areas Century 21 offices and at the fingertips of dozens of agents.

9.  Flyers - We deliver flyers to other real estate agencies whenever there is updated news on your property.  (price reduction, selling bonus, ect)

10.  Sales Meetings - We discuss your property with numerous agents at the monthly meetings cunducted by the Century 21 Premier Group Broker.

11.  Market Analysis - The market is constantly changing, we will keep you posted throughout the listing period on changes  comparable properties are making.  Staying on top of market trends will help you keep your property's price in line.

12.  Open Houses - Open houses, if wanted, are arranged with the least amount of inconvience to you.

13.  Yard sign - we will place a professional yard sign on your property letting the public know it is now available.  Also we have riders we can use to let them know of other features (water front, price reduction, ect)

14.  Buyer Pre-qualification - Bank and mortgage brokers will assist us in quickly determining a buyer's credit worthiness.  This means less inconvience for you.

15.  Direct Lender Contact - With as busy as lenders are today, it is easy for the buyer's file to get put at the bottom of the stack.  With our continued contact we are able to keep the buyers fresh in their minds, to help ensure a more smooth and timely process.

16.  Feedback on Your Home - We will give you feedback from the buyers and other agents that go through your property so that you have an honest opinion of what areas may need some attention.

17.  Full Time Team - If your property has recently expired with another agent, you will especially appreciate this.  We are a full time team and work from 8:30am until 8:30 pm (some nights much later!)  We will be available to answer questions from potential customers at prime times, after work and on weekends!
